libevs-dev software package provides Standards-based cluster framework, Evs devel files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libevs-dev
libevs-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libevs-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libevs-dev *
You will get with libevs-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
